The Story Behind the Studio
IT STARTED WITH A LOVE OF DESIGN & A MAJOR LIFE MOMENT
Design has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I can hardly believe it’s been more than twenty years since this love affair began, and I’m still constantly in awe of the impact thoughtful, intentional design can have.
In 2020, after watching my best friend experience profound healing through therapy following the tragic loss of her partner, something shifted for me. I realized I wanted to begin my own healing journey, too. That decision opened the door to a beautiful path of exploration even deeper into the world of holistic wellness, where I discovered how it feels when holistic, supportive practices are truly integrated into your life.
FINDING MY CALLING
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some of the most incredible women in holistic wellness. Women whose work helps others heal, grow, and rediscover themselves. And so this work is deeply personal to me. These women saved my life and continue to support my health as someone who lives with chronic illness.
Working with holistic wellness practitioners gave me a profound respect for women like you who dedicate their lives to guiding others on their journeys: the therapists, coaches, and healers who spend their days holding space for others.

I always show up as my full self (even when the brain fog is hitting me hard) and I hold space for my clients to do the same. As I’ve walked this path of being an entrepreneur, I have come to realize that for us as wellness practitioners, our calling, our wellness, and our work flow from the same source: the life force that drives the change we want to make in the world. Integrating your work and life breaks down the wall between them, creating cyclical flow that breathes life into our work, so our work can support the life we’re meant to lead.

When we operate from true alignment with ourselves, our best life flows. I try to make decisions from the most true-to-me place, while putting my physical and mental health first.
